Private View — NewcastleGateshead Art Fair

Now in its fourth year, the NewcastleGateshead Art Fair at The Sage Gateshead is the largest Art Fair in the North East. Galleries from across the UK and abroad offer an extensive range of unique and affordable contemporary works.

A showcase of work by emerging artists, selected by independent curators, is also presented alongside some of the leading critically engaged art galleries and not-for-profit
organisations in the region.

To coincide with the launch of our new North East membership scheme, the Contemporary Art Society will be present throughout the Fair to talk informally to existing and prospective members, and will also offer a series of free talks that focus on current issues in collecting
contemporary art.

Contemporary Art Society members are invited to attend the VIP preview evening of the NewcastleGateshead Art Fair.
